>\n\t<p>Die Wurzeln von Simchas reichen weit zur\u00fcck. Als das j\u00fcdische Volk in die Diaspora nach Zentralasien gelangte, lie\u00df sich ein gro\u00dfer Teil in Usbekistan und den benachbarten L\u00e4ndern nieder. \u00dcber Jahrhunderte wuchs dort eine eigene, tiefgr\u00fcndige Kultur heran, und mit ihr eine der bekanntesten K\u00fcchen der Region: die bucharische.<\/p>\n<p>Von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben, blieb diese Tradition lebendig. Sp\u00e4tere Auswanderungen trugen sie bis nach Israel, Europa, Amerika und Australien. In Wien f\u00fchren wir sie fort und verbinden sie zu dem, was Simchas heute ausmacht: <strong>einer Fusion aus israelischer, russischer und usbekischer K\u00fcche, verwurzelt in der bucharischen Tradition.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Genau das m\u00f6chten wir an unserem Tisch teilen.
